Definitions

• Promotion: JobNavigator (Pty) Ltd t/a Jobs.co.za Job Seeker Profile Registration Promotion.
• Promotion Period: Promotion commences at 12:00:01 am on 1 August, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 pm on 31 October, 2008.
• Sponsor: The sponsor of the promotion is JobNavigator (Pty) Ltd t/a Jobs.co.za
• Website: Refers to the website on the URL: http://www.Jobs.co.za
• Job Seeker: Any individual over the age of 16 years.

• The promotion is open to any Job Seeker residing in South Africa who registers a Job Seeker Profile on the Jobs.co.za website.
• Employees, directors, officers and agents or associated companies of Jobs.co.za, and members of the immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) or households of any of the above are prohibited from entering the promotion.

• In order to enter the competition you will be required to register a Job Seeker Profile on the Jobs.co.za website.
• Only one Job Seeker Profile is permitted per Job Seeker.
• The draw will take place on 17 November 2008 and winners will be notified telephonically and in writing by no later than 21 November 2008 using the preferred contact number and/or email address used in the Profile registration. Should this contact number is no longer valid and the individual cannot be contacted; he/she will therefore forfeit the prize.
• The draw will be conducted by means of random selection script whereby three winners will be selected.
• All Entries will be reviewed and only complete and valid Job Seeker Profiles will be entered into the draw.
• No entry will be considered to be valid until a validation process has taken place. Entries are only valid if full details of the entrant have been provided. The prize will only be awarded to the winning entrants upon the confirmation of a valid entry.
• The judge's decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into one the draw has been made.
• The prize will be a GPS Navigator valued at around R2 000.
• Prizes may not be exchanged for cash.
• All information relating to this promotional competition and published on the website, and any promotional or advertising material forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.

• The Sponsor will be entitled to publish the winner's name and / or the Jobs.co.za website or in a general press release for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of the draw provided that the winner consents in writing to such usage, after having being publicly announced as the winner of the promotional competition.
• If required by the Minister for Trade and Industry, the Lotteries Board or for whatever other reason, Jobs.co.za shall have the right to terminate the promotional competition with immediate effect and without notice of such termination. In such event, all entrants hereby waive any rights, which they may have against Jobs.co.za and hereby acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against Jobs.co.za, its directors, members, partners, employees, sponsors, agents or consultants.
• All entrants, by entering the promotional competition, agree to be bound by the competition rules as well as the terms of use of the Jobs.co.za website.
• While the Sponsor will not be held liable for the unintended disclosure of information collected, this promotion takes every precaution to protect users' information.
