Why does Jobs.co.za not offer free trials?
Why does Jobs.co.za not offer free trials?
Jobs.co.za believes that there is a huge risk to Job Seekers (and existing customers) by offering free trial access to our central CV database.
We understand that some of our competitors may offer agencies (or companies) free access to their CV database for a limited period of time in the interest of trying to win them over as a client. But by offering free CV database access (even if for only a few days), these portals are potentially putting their Job Seekers personal details at risk.Unless the agency (or company) signs an agreement with the Job Portal Service Provider offering a guarantee that they will protect the Job Seeker's confidentially, then those Service Providers are potentially exposing their entire database (and all their Job Seekers personal information). Even if such an agreement is signed, unless the company or agency is expected to pay a premium for this access the database is still at risk.
How can companies 'try' before they buy on Jobs.co.za?
Jobs.co.za's policy is that, should a company not wish to commit to a long term agreement before having 'trialled' the system, then it is expected to pay a premium fee - and enter into very specific terms and conditions of use - before we provide access. That way, we know who the company, we have undergone necessary background checks to ensure that the company is legit, and we know that we have protected our Job Seekers by enforcing terms and conditions pertaining to access and protection of our CV database.
Why does Jobs.co.za charge a premium fee if the company is prepared to sign a 'trial' agreement?- By charging a premium fee it discourages unethical or dishonest people from gaining access.
- We protect our CV database by preventing excessive downloads of our Job seekers details during the trial period for free.
- We dissuade companies that are not bona fide recruiters from trying to gain quick access to personal details.
- We cover the costs of conducting relevant background checks on these companies
- Ultimately, we are protecting our job seekers as well as the investment that our existing clients have already made in the database.
Get your ‘trial fee' back:
Jobs.co.za is prepared to provide a rebate of the 'trial' fee paid over a 6 or 12 month period to those clients who choose to stay with Jobs.co.za for a longer term.
Unfortunately clients who do not continue with Jobs.co.za after the trial period shall forfeit their trial fee.How long is the Paid-for-trial Period offered by Jobs.co.za?
Jobs.co.za offers clients a one month trial period to post jobs and search our CV database. How much does a trial cost?
Please contact our sales consultants on +27 11 367 0001 for more information.
