Introduction : Mpumalanga : Upmarket Hotel with extensive conference facilities seeks an experienced Administrative Supervisor.Duties include::Creditors functions:* Allocating costs and capturing of financial invoices* Verifying of Logistic invoices * Reconcile Vendor Statements* Process internet payments* Compile and submit documents to FNB : Request for foreign payments via Forex Control * Submit SARS Vat/Paye declarations* Clearing of GL accounts* Clearing of Vendor accountsTreasury functions:* Checking of Daily Cash Up Balances and banking of daily ZAR cash* Handling of Petty cash and Forex Floats* Banking of foreign notes* Reconciling of Floats and reimbursing from Bank* Capturing of Petty and Forex revenue in SAP* Capturing and Reconciling of Bank StatementGeneral Admin duties:* Assist with various general office duties* Ordering of Stationery/Printing jobs* Completing /safekeeping of important documents /applications to Financial or other institutions on behalf of company* Receiving and distributing of incoming mail* Prepare summary and Pay Out Tips to Staff * Keep office filing up to dateRequirements include::* Matric (Grade 12)* Formal qualification within the hospitality industry or similar* Minimum of 5 years previous working experience within the industry in a similar capacity* Computer literate on MS Office suite* Unendorsed drivers licence
