3D Staffing Solutions provides superior temporary and permanent staffing solutions to numerous clients within the EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Maintenance) industry.

We are able to meet the recruiting needs of both candidates and clients alike.

Our mission is to provide our valued clients with the finest, qualified candidates at market related rates. Our established payroll service to our temporary employees reduces our clients’ costs and burdens.

3D Staffing Solutions specializes in the placement of temporary employees working on a contract basis. The selection of candidates is made through careful scrutiny of the candidates’ curriculum vitae. When required, the candidate can be evaluated for his proficiency on CAD packages at our premises.

We also offer permanent staffing solutions. An added advantage is that an employee can be placed on a temporary contract for a three month probation period, which allows the client to monitor the suitability of the employee while the employee is still on 3D Staffing Solutions’ payroll. Once the decision is made to retain the services of the employee, he/she can be hired on a permanent basis, where a placement fee will be charged to the client.

3D Staffing Solutions is also able to offer its clients computer hardware and software rentals on a short- and long-term basis, and the facility to train existing and potential staff on various CAD packages at our training centre.
