A little bit about us.

 

Eziko Consulting is a Recruitment Solutions company specialising in recruitment across all sectors, both permanent and contract. Well, that's our "clinical" definition, but to really understand what we are about, you have to understand how we approach the process of recruitment.

 

At Eziko we understand that people are the core of any business. Without them, a company is nothing more than bricks, mortar and a large, expensive logo. However, not all people are equal when it comes to recruitment, a successful company needs to have the right people in the right job at the right time. Finding, placing and then training a candidate for a position is a costly business for any company, that is why we don't measure our successes by the quantity of the people we place, but by the quality - matching not only skills, but temperaments as well.

 

In order to do this, an intimate knowledge of the environment is essential. Over eleven years of combined experience has put us in a position to fully understand the requirements of our respective fields. This, combined with the attention to service quality that only a small company can promise and a commitment to intelligent candidate placement, reaffirms our aim to be the specialist provider of contract and permanent staff to blue chip corporate clients.

 

A brief history

 

Eziko Consulting is run by Laura Cameron and Judy Engelbrecht.

 

Judy has been in the recruitment industry for over fourteen years and has experience in both permanent and contract recruitment across various industries.  She has placed candidates from junior IT graduates through to IT Directors.  She specialises in IT and Telecommunications, but is able to recruit in any industry sector.

 

Laura began her career in IT 5 years ago.  She started at Faritec as an Account Manager. Later, her job description was broadened to encompass the recruitment and sourcing of applicants. This experience has given her a greater understanding of the technical side of the clients' requirements as well as the need for good service to both clients and contractors.  Laura is also focussed on the IT / technology industries.

 

 

Working together, Judy and Laura bring a unique combination of experience, dedication and a remarkable support and respect for each other to their business. This atmosphere of teamwork and co-operation is one they hope will carry through to all their dealings with clients and candidates.
