Executive Search
Executive search is made easy at Overseas Opportunities due to our existing network of high level candidates in all disciplines, if however, the right candidate is not currently listed with us we will carry out search programmes to determine the names of companies operating in a relevant product / service field and by all possible confidential and discreet means, excluding advertising, locate and contact individuals whose experience and abilities meet the personnel specifications. We will then discuss the job specification with potential candidates and where appropriate conduct interviews to determine their suitability. This will be presented in a report and recommendations document to the client including a suitable short-list of candidates who are interested in the position and who meet the candidate specification. “Advertised Selection”, with the advertised selection process we will submit a draft advertising copy with media recommendations to the client for approval and arrange insertion of advertisements in appropriate media. We will receive and screen candidates' applications, conduct initial interviews and prepare and submit a report on candidates recommended for inclusion on the Shortlist.
