At Searchworx our goal is to satisfy the needs of both clients and candidates.  We have extensive researchers and methods in our aim to search for obtaining the right person for the required position.

We will conduct a plan to source the right candidates.  We will conduct an interview and reference process then prepare a confidential report on the candidate.  We will select the candidates to be forwarded to the client for interviews.  We will negotiate the remuneration package.  We will pursue this process with a vision to building a long-standing business relationship with our clients.
