 Who are we?

 

Real Time Placements are a group of recruitment specialists with over 20 years in the hospitality and recruitment industry. We specialize in hospitality vacancies and take pride in our professional approach.

 

Communication is very important to us. We insist on an in-depth brief from our clients in order to provide them with the most appropriate candidates. In turn our candidates are armed with the valuable information they need in order to make their transition a smooth one.

 

From its inception, Real Time Placements has offered a great service to many satisfied clients. These have included the Southern Sun Group, as well as Sofitel and The Majestic in Dubai.

 

Our interview process

 

We use two valuable tools within our interview process;

 

Our interview guides are designed in line with the IRIS system. This allows us to have a better understanding of the complexity of work that the candidate can handle, ensuring that they are suitable for the position.

 

DISC, a behavioral exercise is also used within the process. This tool Interprets the effectiveness of interpersonal communications as you interact daily with people.

The recruitment process is costly and time consuming; therefore Real Time Placements offer additional tools to help match the best candidate with the appropriate vacancy. These tools can be requested at an additional cost.

·         Coaching - Our internationally accredited coaches will guide your newly employed or existing management employees through a coaching series to set goals and enhance their business performance.
