Mbaya Recruitment & Cleaning Services, trading under the name " M R C " is the parent company of three business divisions. The first division is engaged in the provision of comprehensive corporate employment services. The second division is a highly specialized unit which focuses in the placement of medical doctors, pharmacists, pharmacist assistant, nursing staff and other health professionals.

The third division provides expert, site specific cleaning solutions to all industries.

MRC is motivated to be the efficient, effective and reliable service provider, to cater for client`s diverse Human Resources requirements whilst ensuring best working conditions for candidates. Overall recruitment (Permanent & Temporary Positions) involves searching for and obtaining qualified job candidates in such numbers that the organization can select the most appropriate person to fill its job needs.

 Since our launch in 2005 we have made a powerful impression in the recruitment industry with our unrivaled ability to source, train and place a competent workforce precisely when our Client s` business is in need of specialized staffing support.

 The Temporary Employment Services (TES) include contingency, outsourcing, and contracting, executive search and scarce skills, candidate assessment, credit vetting, ad response handling, consulting services, payroll services, contact centre management and staffing.

MRC Temporary Employment Services is a legally compliant division. Temporary employees are paid stipulated rates as set in various bargaining councils. Our extensive benefit scheme is made available for all MRC Temp staff.

Annual leave, Sick leave & family responsibility leave form part of extensive benefit scheme and are made available according to the basic conditions of employment act, and qualifying criteria.

UIF & COIDA cover provided individual temp employees meet the criteria.

Permanent employment division specializes in the placement of candidates with various companies as and when required by clients. Candidates are assessed and prepared for interviews with clients. Only shortlisted candidates are referred for interviews with clients.

  • Temps are useful as replacements for staff that are sick/on leave.
