Talent Inc. is 100% Black Youth owned and managed
company. We pride ourselves in being an
only young, professional and vibrant recruitment agency based in Spruitview,
Germiston.
The company is strategically located in the township
as a means for stimulating the local employment turnover, empower the youth and
graduates through our targeted programmes and to provide access to the local
employment market for qualified and experienced talent in the Ekurhuleni area.
We are aiming at marketing our services to the buoyant market in the area as
well the vast South African business scale.
As a result, we envision that the Ekurhuleni Talent
will be empowered and enriched through our innovative interventions that bring
together professionalism and development.
Talent
Inc. will be initializing a process of affiliating with the Association of
Personnel Organizations (APSO) and the Department of Labour.
PHILOSOPHY
We believe in rendering an effective and
professional service to our clients by supplying sufficiently qualified,
skilled, experienced candidates. We pride ourselves with the ability to
specifically provide opportunities to the youth as per our vision. This is done
in line with the legislative requirements as defined by the Affirmative Action
and Employment Equity Acts.
Being a youth operated company, we aim to inspire
other youths to follow in our footsteps. Talent Inc. will do this through a
number of community outreach programmes for youths and by helping the youth
with their own initiatives.
