Pinagare
is a specialist human resource management service provider. Roughly translated,
our name means pinnacle, a single component providing pivotal support for an
entire structure. The company is a closed corporation, with three members, all
professionally qualified and experienced. We offer hassle free staffing and
supplementary HR solutions, reducing the time required for clients to deal with
a wide range of human resource activities.

The
human resources services industry, in particular recruitment and capacity
building, is a very competitive environment as demonstrated by the plethora of
providers in the market. The failure of many of these providers to understand
and meet specific client needs represents a particular opportunity for our
business. We are not a recruitment agency, but rather well qualified human
resource practitioners aiming to serve a limited client base with a
personalised, professional and turnkey service offering in the field of human
capacity building.

Candidates presented for placement, either on a permanent or contract basis, will have been thoroughly assessed. Our assessment methods are competency based, thereby ensuring that criteria for selection are fair, equitable and defensible.

Clients
Our existing clients come from long term relationships and networks across a range of industries and sectors, and we aim to grow our client base only to the extent that we can continue to provide consistent levels of quality service. We encourage our clients to grant exclusivity for a limited period in order for us to put together and implement a focused search campaign, which, in our experience delivers faster and better quality results
BEE Status
As an EME, we are a Level 4 Contributor. In addition, the company is wholly owned and run by women, and 33% of the shares are black-female owned. We also provide support and pro bono services to selected enterprises in the area of assessment and selection of high achieving black students, predominantly in the engineering sector.
Members/Consultants
Ntlomo Koka holds an MBA, BA (Hons) and a number of HR qualifications. She has held senior HR positions across a number of industries for some 20 years.
Billy van Rensburg is a registered psychometrist (independent practice) and holds a BA (Hons) degree in Clinical Psychology. She has more than 20 years' experience in all aspects of human resource management.
Marianne Davel holds a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology, is a registered Skills Development Facilitator, and has assessed and trained Call Centre staff for almost 15 years.
Sue Robinson is a senior consultant tasked with overseeing operations as well as servicing clients across a range of industries. She has extensive experience in operations management and is skilled in project management, client relationship management and consulting.

Pinagare will make every endeavor to understand the client's specific requirements, and employ sound sourcing and assessment strategies to find the candidate best matched to these requirements. The responsibility for the final selection of a prospective candidate put forward by Pinagare HC Specialists rest with the client, and Pinagare does not accept any responsibility of any nature whatsoever, however it may arise, for the fidelity of candidates introduced by it, or for any damages howsoever arising out of any action of its candidates.
