In terms of differentiation, Beares will continually strive to exceed customer satisfaction expectations by offering quality and value to meet customer's aspirations and become their preferred retailer of household furniture and appliances.

Beares has 147 stores spread across South Africa as well as Namibia and Botswana. The merchandise range was further enhanced, particularly in the sound and vision category. Bedding and lounge sales also saw significant improvements.
