Campbell Sizanani Consulting is a Human Resources consulting company that facilitates recruitment and human resource interventions in the mining and affiliated sectors such as construction. Consulting work typically includes Social and Labour Plans (design, development and implementation), HR compliance auditing and reporting for Departments of Labour and Minerals and Energy, organizational development, change management and recruitment.
As many of the projects we have been involved in are new or expansion projects, Campbell Sizanani uses a project based approach for both its recruitment and consulting projects working closely with Design or Mining Engineers to ensure that key risks associated with the environment in terms of labour and human resources are mitigated appropriately.

With more than 14 years experience in recruitment we are well placed to assist in the recruitment of experienced and seasoned personnel with proven track records in South Africa and Africa. This would typically include construction, geology, engineering, mining, metallurgical, and environmental, health and safety, administration and security personnel.
- Permanent Recruitment
We are positioned to recruit all technical staff from senior management level through to larger or bulk recruitment campaigns. Additional recruitment is undertaken at other levels based upon our initial analysis and the individual circumstance of our clients.
- Executive Search
This method is usually employed for assignments where confidentiality of approach is critical, a role is highly specialized or where more in depth analysis is required to identify appropriate skills requirements for a key appointment.
- Interim management
This service is usually employed by clients when they are going through a transitional phase, have key staff on extended leave or sabbatical, during curatorship or are going through a restructure.

Establishment of personnel filing systems, record keeping, auditing and reporting in terms of employment equity reports and income differential reporting. In terms of logistics the organization of flights, work permits and visas for expatriate personnel and leave rotation.
