Terms and Conditions

 

In These Conditions

1             "Client" shall mean the Company, the person or his/her official designate or assign who uses or intends to use any of the services supplied by CRANIUM RECRUITMENT in accordance with the Labour Relations Act No 66 of 1995.

2             "Applicant" or "Candidate" shall mean the individual seeking work or responding to the recruitment services of CRANIUM RECRUITMENT as defined in the Guidance and Placement Act No 62 of 1981.

3             "Contract" shall mean these terms and conditions and any further terms and conditions agreed to.

4             "CRANIUM" shall mean CRANIUM RECRUITMENT CC.      

 

Cranium Recruitment Services

1             All candidates submitted for the interview process will be fully screened and where relevant reference checked. Where relevant this information will be supplied.

2             Candidates will only be interviewed if they meet the requirements as set out by the specification supplied by the customer.

3             CRANIUM will supply a comprehensive CV for each candidate referred.

4             CRANIUM prides itself on supplying only top quality candidates and as a result we offer a money back THREE MONTH GUARANTEE.

5             In the unlikely event of us supplying an unsuitable candidate we will endeavour to find a suitable replacement candidate or give a pro-rata cash refund as set out below.

 


Fees and Terms of Payment

1             The fee is calculated on the basis of the total cost to company of the candidate's salary.

2             Fees are payable within fifteen working days of the candidate commencing employment - in any capacity - within your company or any other party or entity that you refer or introduce the candidate to within a six month period.

3             The guarantees are subject to this payment being made within the stipulated time frame.

Guarantee Period: 3 Month

On condition of payment.




Refund on Placement Fees

1             Should we find ourselves in the unlikely situation of having to replace a candidate for whatever reason we will do so free of charge within the guarantee period.

2             Should a suitable candidate not be found then the following will apply:

2.1     A refund of 50% will be given in the first month, a refund of 30% will be given in the second month, and a 20% refund will be given in the third month, subject to CRANIUM finding a suitable replacement candidate within that period.

3             Special fees and rates will be negotiated for a temp to perm basis and for school leavers and new graduates with no work experience.
