Our offices are based in Illovo, Sandton and state of the art facilities enable us to conduct live video conferencing for client's and candidates that are not based in Johannesburg. We have a national and international reach and can source candidates for roles all over the world. The same applies to those Client's who are based abroad and wish to tap into the South African market. Should a client wish to interview off site for confidentiality reasons, we can arrange interview sessions in our boardroom. Resourced has partnered with suppliers of the highest standard who will conduct in-depth and timeous credit, criminal and education verifications (to name just a few). Psychometric or industry specific testing can be outsourced to the most reputable experts on request. We'll tailor our employee references to specific questions or concerns that a client may have about a potential candidate and all our referees are asked if our client can contact them to verify the content of the reference. In summary, we'll go out of our way to align our recruitment methodologies to our client's needs.
