In order to provide you with an even better service, a TOP CANDIDATE SUMMARY LIST is submitted to all our Mining and Engineering Clients once a month.  This summary consists of a breakdown on educational background, skills sets, working experience, language proficiencies etc.On request, a complete copy of the Curriculum Vitae of the applicant you are interested in can be submitted to you.

Placement Fees

The fee is calculated on the basis of a percentage of the employee’s total cost to company as set out below. Fees arise and become due for payment when the candidate introduced commences employment in any capacity (whether as an individual or other legal entity) permanent with your company or a party to whom you introduce the candidate within 12 months of the last date of referral. The fee is payable on the date the candidate commences employment.

Guarantee Period

TINGA CONSULTING offers a SIX (6) MONTH Guarantee subject to the Guarantee being validated. The Guarantee is validated by the full fee being paid within 10 days of the candidate commencing employment. Guarantees are not valid where the candidate is no longer employed due to termination owing to operational requirements, an unfair labour practice or a breach of agreement with the referred employee, which causes the said employee to leave.

General

The employer undertakes to keep TINGA CONSULTING informed about the commencement, progress and termination of any contract of employment.

Where a company is supplied with a contract person by TINGA CONSULTING, the company undertakes not to employ the same person again for a period of 12 months except through TINGA CONSULTING.

It should be understood that any candidate presented by TINGA CONSULTING, unless he previously and independently submitted his application to the company, may not be employed by that company other than through TINGA CONSULTING.

Employment of a contract or salaried candidate supplied, by TINGA CONSULTING, signifies the clients acceptance of the conditions.
