COMPANY PROFILE
KenCorp Recruitment is an independent company based in the East Rand with the focus on competency assessment recruitment.
The Founder and Owner of KenCorp Recruitment, Reinette Kennedy, started the business after many years of HR Management. She has extensive Recruitment, HR Administration/Law and Pay Roll experience and is strongly driven by Integrity, Ethics and Speed of Service coupled with Excellence.
KenCorp is proud to be a member of APSO and runs its business strictly according to the APSO Code of Ethics.
CLIENTS
KenCorp‘s clients are the foundation and focus of our business and we concentrate on finding the most suitable candidates for the company’s culture and job specification as required.
CANDIDATES
All candidates on the KenCorp Database have personally been interviewed by qualified KenCorp staff and have been subjected to the following tests/verifications as requested from the Client:
- Reference checks
- Credit Check verification
- Qualification Verification
- Criminal Checks
All of these candidates have also been assessed in terms of skills, experience and qualifications pertaining to the Client requirements by doing:
- Self Assessment – this Assessment is completed by the candidate in English to assess his/her English Grammar usage, writing ability and written communication skills. Basic and Advanced MS Office Computer skills are tested including Bookkeeping skills.
- Interview Assessment – this Assessment is completed by KenCorp staff during the interview to assess and evaluate skills and abilities.
- Competency based assessments – these tests are completed by the candidates to assess their MS Office, Numeracy, Typing and / or Bookkeeping skills related to the position.
- Client’s own Assessment – this Assessment is provided by the Client with the focus on 5 job-related Key Performance Areas. KenCorp assesses the candidate’s suitability based on the 5 more suitable responses provided by the Client. The qualified candidates will be short listed and forwarded to the Client.
DATABASE
The KenCorp Database consists of candidates with qualifications, experience and skills which fit our Client’s various profiles and job specifications. This Database is kept up to date on a daily basis.
