Traut Personnel was established in 1990 by Gabi Traut, a recruitment agency specializing in the placement of staff in the clothing/fashion industry, covering all areas including the retail and manufacturing sectors.

For more than twenty years the people that shape the fashion world have been our industry. We have earned a good reputation and captured a niche market, which we service well. Sound relationships have been established over the years with our clients and applicants. We have made it our business to familiarize ourselves with not only the job at hand, but also to focus on the culture and fit required by the various companies. We also operate as a fully fledged equity based service provider.

We have a solid reputation in the clothing industry and service both the retail and manufacturing sectors. In Retail we focus mainly at Head Office level, which include Executive, Management, Middle Management and junior opportunities. We place buying managers, retail buyers, retail planners, fashion office designers, garment sourcers and garment technologists. We also have an extensive database of applicants and clients in the manufacturing and imports sectors.
