Igthus Recruitment (CC) is a vibrant and dynamic Recruitment agency who strives to provide clients with the best professional service by carefully selecting and sourcing the ideal candidates who matches the unique needs of every client.

Igthus Recruitment (CC) does not specialize in only one industry but caters for most general industries including Travel, Retail, Administration, Reception, Call Centre, Security, Construction, Drivers, Sales etc

Igthus Recruitment (CC) will start an executive search in order to source the ideal candidates who match the unique needs and requirements of your company. Once we have searched through our database and resources, we will start compiling a shortlist of CV’s which we will send through to our clients.

The client will then indicate in which candidate they are interested in, after which Igthus Recruitment (CC) will interview these candidates, check references and compile a full report which will be sent on to the client. The client will then decide who they would like to see for an interview.

Igthus Recruitment (CC) will arrange the interviews and make follow up calls with the client and applicant. Igthus Recruitment (CC) will handle all the relevant documentation once the client has decided to make an offer, and follow up with the client whether the applicant showed up for work.

We are so confident in the quality of our services and the quality of the candidates placed at your company that we provide a 3 month guarantee on each successful candidate placed at your company to give you peace of mind. This guarantee stipulates that one replacement candidate will be provided per original candidate
