RUC is an established recruitment organisation that specialises in the placement of highly skilled individuals in the Information Technology & Telecommunications sector. It was formulated using a multi dimensional view on the various facets of professional placement services. Chantal summary: Chantal has 10 years experience in the IT & Telecommunications sector and 3 years as an entrepreneur in the recruitment field. Chantal has worked for a number of established and well known SMME type IT companies. Her experience has been predominantly in Helpdesk Management, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Product & Sales Management. Whilst in IT, she was responsible for the sale & implementation of various high-end software solution and application integration projects, specifically for the Financial Services sector. She had the opportunity to work with senior decision makers, team leaders, solution designers, technical engineers and implementation specialists. Chantal has been successfully managing Red Umbrella Consulting since March 2004.
Diana summary: Diana holds her Honours degree in Accounting & Financial Management. She has 10 years experience in the IT industry with a strong focus on Sales, Channel & Pre-Sales Management. Diana has worked for some of the leading ITC solution providers and spent over 4 years working for one of the largest BEE companies in SA (arivia.kom). She has solid experience in total Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions & Services and has worked closely with the majority of the market leaders on projects to provide a totally integrated solution. How Do We Go About Finding Your Rain Maker?
Your organisations successes are based largely on the input, effort and quality received from your rain makers. RUC strive to ensure that all potential Rain Makers introduced to your organisation, have the correct skills, aptitude for the job and are of the best culture fit.
To ensure consistent professionalism, a consultant will liaise with a representative from your organisation from time to time to keep abreast with your environments dynamics. RUC will continue to source candidates that have skills that are scarce and are a consistent requirement for your organisation. As and when new a rain maker/s is required to replace or fill a newly created position, RUC will liaise with the nominated person to:
- Identify roles and responsibilities of the rain maker
- Define professional, cultural and personal characteristics required
- Ascertain salary package including relevant perks
- Determine minimum skills required for optimal performance
