ISOMETRIC PERSONNEL's fee is a standard percentage of the candidate’s annual package, (including 13th cheque, various allowances, bonuses and a company vehicle) with a standard guarantee period offered to each client on acceptance of our permanent candidates. We are proud of the way that we advertise, screen and present our candidates, only the most suitable applicants will be put forward according to certain job requirements. We screen and reference check our candidates before professional, comprehensive CV’s are submitted. We are open to networking with other personnel agencies to ensure that the match made is one of the best.

Mr Magongwa is the Major Shareholder in the company and has been a part of the Industrial Manufacturing Industry for the last 27 years. He has exceptional knowledge and experience in this particular sector, having qualified as an Industrial Personnel Manager as well as a Production Manager. Peace is also skilled in Industrial Relations and is backed by a skilled administration team, who have fifteen years experience in the Labour Outsourcing Industry. “
