Salespeople Recruitment offers over 40 years of combined involvement in both sales and recruiting expertise within the marketplace. Our main focus and concentration is on the training and placing of high-calibre, well-presented, motivated and experienced sales and marketing people. The business was born out of a need expressed by the market for above average candidates, specifically in the sales and marketing arenas. Our understanding of the sales/marketing person allows us to correctly identify their unique niche in the workforce and thus bring benefits to this aspect of the South African marketplace.

- We attend to all arrangements regarding the interviewing of the applicant.
- Once interest is indicated in any particular applicant, necessary performance screening and references are conducted as per your requirements.

Leon Hazan - Director:
Leon's sought after expertise comes from within the FMCG world having spent 13 years with the Ital Pizza group as their National Sales Director. During his time they acquired Green Valley Foods and Nice 'n Easy Meals. Leon gained his experience from the challenges he faced in the days before HR managers, when the Sales Director had to employ his own staff, train them himself and see to their every need. Today his focus is on surrounding himself with a team of recruiters who provide an excellent service to find the best addition to your sales team. The future holds training and development, not only for salespeople placed, but also for their managers on a variety of topics and especially on the changes that are happening around us daily.

Sharon began her journey in the hospitality industry where she gained her business and staffing knowledge whilst running her own catering company. She has several years recruiting and placement experience which enables her to facilitate both the candidate and client through the recruiting and selection process.
