L.P. ARTISAN RECRUITMENT CC is a contract hire company, supplying technical, supervisory, skilled and semi-skilled personnel as well as General workers to the Industrial, Construction and Engineering Industries, for short & long term contracts, as well as permanent placements. We can take over & administrate your current casual staff pool.

We have a track record of 14 years and have dealings with companies such as TFMC Services (Pty) Ltd, BMW SA (Pty) Ltd, Nissan SA, August Lapple, , Vanstone (Pty) Ltd, Arjohuntleigh Africa, Lion Match, Franke Water Heating Systems, De Beer Mining Group, Batco, Maisto Auto Body,

As the contract staff on site are the employees of L.P. Artisan Recruitment CC, we ensure & guarantee that all levies imposed by the labour relations act, become our responsibility.

Payments such as leave pay, family responsibility leave, sick leave, public holidays, P.A.Y.E, VAT & UIF as well as payments to any appropriate council are our responsibility.

Please note that detailed fee structures and guarantees as well as any issue not mentioned will be discussed on a personal basis at your convenience in order to take into account the specific needs and requirements of each contract.


REGISTRATION:
L.P. ARTISAN RECRUITMENT CC is duly registered with the Receiver of Revenue for P.A.Y.E., Skills Development Levy and VAT, the Compensation Commissioner for occupational injuries and diseases as well as the Unemployment Fund.


PAYMENT OF FEES AND CHARGES:
Each week/month a tax invoice shall be submitted to our client by L.P. Artisan Recruitment CC. reflecting the total charges payable for services rendered by contract personnel. Terms of payment are 7 days from date of invoice. Please note that 2,5% interest per month will be charged on all late payments.

Payment may be made either by cheque or by way of electronic transfer, particulars to be supplied on request.

All contract personnel’s wages are our responsibility and as far as possible transferred into their personal bank account on a weekly basis.


CONTRACTOR TO PERMANENT EMPLOYEE (Conversion fee)
In the event of the client offering a contractor supplied by L.P. Artisan Recruitment CC a permanent position, the placement fee for the contractor payable by the client shall be 12.50% of the annual package offered to the contractor. (excluding vat)

CONTRACTS:
All contract personnel will receive an employment contract upon commencement of his/her duties with the terms and conditions of said contract period, one of which will be supplied on request.

Contract personnel supplied by us are required to conform to all rules and regulations as laid down by the client, complying fully with current legislation.
