Sure Recruitment & Wellness (Pty) Ltd was established in June 2007. The owners of Sure Recruitment have years of experience within the courier industry on both the retail as well as the wholesale side in various fields such as operations, domestic and int. call centre, sales, admin, reception, branch management, same days, specialized solutions, airfreight, road freight, chain stores, airfreight consolidation, exports, imports, line haul & collections. The daily frustration of not having time to source quality staff and loosing them before you even trained them properly, basically lead to two options: No 1 - terminate the last few good ones in the industry by kindly pushing them off the second story balcony OR No 2 - take the jump to be of service to the industry we have a passion for. We speak your language…we know what you are looking for in a staff member and we want to help you find the right individuals to grow your business. Needless to say we are a little ‘different’ than the others, but you’ll learn to love us anyway!
