Benzi Staffing Solutions c.c. is a black woman owned and managed staffing Solutions Company established to address and recognise the needs of the vast untapped potential market that needs exposure to world class services and standards. Our Recruitment Process
• Benzi conduct an internal database search and use various contacts to identify the most suitable candidate.
• Advertise and search on the best career internet site and daily press
• All interviewing shall be conducted in such a manner as to preserve the candidate’s privacy, confidentiality and, as far as possible, anonymity from other candidates.
• We do competency based interview to all candidates and where necessary, a comparative analysis of qualifications and experience in relation to the specified requirements will be taken in order to identify the most suitable candidates.
• Benzi shall forward the original copies or photocopies to the client and wherever any doubt exists on the validity of a certificate.
• The qualification shall be verified with the relevant qualifications authority. The client shall be notified in writing if the qualification cannot be verified.
• Thorough competency based reference checks against each position
• Introduce up to 3 of the best and suitable candidates who suit the company culture and job specifications.
• A reference check shall be confidentially undertaken by Benzi Staffing Solutions in such a manner as not to endanger the candidate’s present position.
• ITC and Criminal references shall be conducted by Benzi Staffing Solutions on request from the client and if it’s linked with the relevant job specification.
