Analyses, development, implementation and execution of policies and procedures. Drives changes in policies and procedures to meet and/or exceed performance objectives. 5. Requires knowledge of 3M logistics and business strategies, and direction to initiate, develop and oversee the implementation of long-term strategies, customer service, import/export business plans, such as business development and cost-reduction plans. 6. Provides leadership, motivation, and direction to assigned business unit, geographic area organizations and their corresponding sales, marketing, import/export and logistics functions. Provides key consulting assistance to management. 7. , train and support export rules & regulations knowledge to total organisation. Also have cross trade understanding to support all facets of the exports business for assigned business unit or geographic area. 8. Pursues continuing professional development to enhance skills.
