To support this project, the MaxART consortium is looking for a Communication Specialist who will be responsible for supporting all in-country communications around the MaxART Project and will act as a liason (advisor) for international communications.

He/she will guide 9 (nine) National Offices and Regional Office in ensuring accountability, capacity building of finance staff, coordination of budget and planning processes and review of financial strategies.
