My client requires an energetic, enthuastic and self motivated Store Manager to competently manage store and staff in a dynamic branded retail store in SOMERSET WEST, as well as TABLE VIEW

Successful candidates must have:
Minimum of 5 years management experience in a large retail store
In depth knowledge of performance enhancement and management processes
Sound knowledge in retail policies and procedures  


Responsibilities:
Staff management of /- 20 staff
Sales generation
Stock management
Merchandising
Administration and expense control
Asset management
Deliver customer service  

Ideal candidate will require initiative, strong leadership and management skills.

A well developed merchant/retail mentality and analytical ability
