An eCommerce marketing company in a fast paced online industry is looking for a Danish/Swedish speaking Call centre agent. Ability to speak a further European language will be to your advantage. This individual will focus on inbound and outbound clients
The key responsibilities will be to:
Assist all Danish/Swedish speaking customers and respond to all queries via all contact mediums (live chat, phone, email). Ensure that all communication is dealt with swiftly and professional. Monitor all internal systems and take action when needed. Update client accounts in internal systems; perform various internet based checks to ensure that all systems are in perfect working order.
Requirements: Must have studied/worked/lived in a relevant European country (not Africa). Matric with customer service experience. Computer literate. Relevant call centre qualifications or in-house courses will be beneficial; Excellent command of English (written and spoken) - proper English accent important and CV's with grammar, spelling and typing errors will not be considered for an interview. Fast and accurate typing skills (typing tests will form part of the recruitment process).
Very important: Willing to work shifts on a rotational basis - this includes nightshifts through the night, work over weekends and public holidays. Own transport and driver license also a requirement since public transport is not available at these times.
