The Group Financial Manager is accountable for the development,improvement, implementation and monitoring of control sysytems.<br /><br />Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:<br /><br />Preparation and completion of Group Financial Accounts and Consolidation thereof .<br />All Group Company Secretarial work as required.<br />Ensure total compliance of all group companies as per legislative requirements.<br /> To develop,implement and modify financial procedures and systems as required. <br />To co-ordinate and control all financial procedures.<br />T o handle all company income tax matters.<br />To manage all company legal matters.<br />To create automated methods to simplify and/or speed up work.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /><br /><br /><br /> <br />

Inherent Requirements:
The ideal candidate will preferaby :<br />Be a CA with 2- 3 years experience post qualification.<br />Qualfied C.A. Essential <br /><br />Be confident and assertive<br />Be willing to learn <br />Be available for stock take<br />Be able to work accurately under immense pressure.<br />
