Responsible for the disciplinary hearing process
Attending of the CCMA cases
Responsble for all the IR issues
Reporting to the Managing Director of the company

Inherent Requirements:
Matric<br />Degree in IRHR<br />Valid Drivers licence<br />Own car<br />3-5 years experience in Industrial Relations<br />Willingness to travel all over South Africa<br />Preferably from the Retail industry
