Department: BD After Sales<br />Line of Reporting: Resident Engineer <br />Provide advice to After Sales and workshops on technical problems or issues.<br />Liaise with technical departments at the Germany branch with regards to solutions for in-field problems.<br />Assist After Sales staff and where necessary liaise with Engineering and Quality departments with technical matters in all areas of concern.<br />Manage defect report system.<br />Issue campaign notices, both local and from MN.<br />

Inherent Requirements:
Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification essential.<br />Must be a qualified artisan with a minimum of 5 years experience as pre-requisite.<br />Must be computer literate.<br />Must be able to maintain excellent interpersonal relations & have good communication skills.<br />Ability to work well & maintain good customer relations.<br />Must be able to work under extreme pressure.<br />Must be highly motivated, proactive and efficient.<br />
