Responsible for in store execution and sell through of consumer products through retailers<br />Field Force Management for Perfect in store execution<br />3rd prty control and daily management<br />Daily issue resolution in all regions<br />Store coverage optimization for all regions<br />POS execution in all regions<br />Brand building and visibility in store<br />Dealer engagement and trade relationsjip building (incl. FSM)<br />FSM recommendation rate<br />Product and in store training program design and implementation<br />In store activities and events<br />POS warehouse and outbound distribution<br />Sell out management and PSI by store<br />Returns and back door by store<br />Staff performance management and coaching<br />Retail operation manager account relationship building<br />Strategically direct and manage in store teams<br />Lead through example

Inherent Requirements:
B Com or 3 years Sales/Marketing related Diploma<br />8-10 years field sales management experience - Managing 3rd party in field teams<br />Operationally very strong and robust team player<br />Computer literacy: MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
