Job Summary:An employee who utlizises a holistic business system to effectively develop, manage,<br />enable, and execute a mutually beneficial, interpersonal exchange of goods and/or<br />services for equitable value resulting in increased sales and customer volumes which<br />impact and add to the company’s profit margin. This job profile constitutes the primary<br />duties and functions of the employee and forms an integral part of their employment<br />contract. Alternative duties, assignments and projects may be afforded to the<br />employee and the job profile may be amended from time to time as may be required<br />by the company.<br />Paint, trimming and composites division <br />Ensuring all action items allocated to or requested by others are completed successfully and<br />feedback is given, if unresolved that all involved are notified of reasons and future developments<br />To ensure that all actions are followed up on and feedback is given to all relevant parties<br />timeously in order to prevent management having to follow up on the original request<br />To provide useful reports to management that clearly state the concept, deliverables and<br />resolutions in an easy to use manner<br />Customer relationship building and after sales care<br />Increase sale targets on exisiting and new product sales to existing customers<br />The swift resolution of customer/supplier/employee problems, queries and requests<br />Compliance and adherence to company financial policy and terms and conditions. Assisting with<br />outstanding debtors<br />Ensure customers receive all necessary documentation required within an acceptable timeframe<br />To provide useful reports to management that clearly state the concept, deliverables and<br />resolutions in an easy to use manner<br />To meet / exceed / underspend annual budget and provide monthly reports on achievements /<br />shortfalls<br />Identify business and business opportunities<br />Keeping abreast of customer changes, developments and needs<br />Communication and sharing of market knowledge and intelligence in order to enhance the<br />company’s market share<br />Communication and sharing of product knowledge and intelligence in order to enhance the<br />company’s market share<br />Source new clients
Inherent Requirements:
Sales driven<br />Have experience in aviation paints, trimming or composites (at least one of these fields)<br />To be professional, client focused and proactively add value in what you do. To nurture long<br />standing relationships with clients, employees and suppliers<br />To be motivated to achieve, promote and develop yourself and your team<br />Being entrepreneurial, energetic and have tenacity and determination to fulfill your goals<br />To have the highest ethics and standards and apply them to all situations<br />To create excellence through your deep knowledge, innovative approach, by paying attention to<br />detail to each area in the work environment<br />Accountability is a promise to yourself and others to deliver specific, defined results, with<br />consequences.
