To develop, test and document high quality software to meet requirements, as per standards. To review code and provide mentorship and leadership to developers.

Duties:

• Develop and maintain software
• Document software
• Test software
• Design software systems

Responsibilities include:

• Provide Architectural/Technical Leadership
• Review and apply quality standards
• Technical consultation
• Writes code according to agreed standards and using the standard template, within the project deadline

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent required

Required Skills:

• Problem solving skills
• Extensive experience in Software Development Lifecycle
• 6 Years experience in developing software
• Proficient in OOP, design techniques and sofftware development best-practices
• Proven record of Coaching and/or Mentoring others
• Experience as Technical Lead/Architect a positive
• Experience in C#/C++ and/or Flash - 5 Years
• Willing to work in both C# and Flash
• Significant experience designing complex systems
