Two senior recruiters required for a reputable, established Recruitment Agency in the Bedfordview area

Highly skilled senior executives with relevant post-matric qualifications is required for an established and reputable Recruitment Agency in the Bedfordview Area.

We require Two Senior Recruitment Specialists: One as a Generalist Recruiter and One as a Specialist IT Recruiter

Please note that the successful applicant should be in possession of the following criteria:

Matric, Own Transport, PC Literate.
Must have minimum of 7 years experience recruiting for a consultancy.
Must have worked to and over achieved a monthly target
Will be required to cold call for new business
Will be responsible for establishing own database of clients and candidates.

Will be responsible for placing ads on job portals, typing of cv's, doing reference checks, verification checks, booking candidate interviews, regular client visits, follow up calls etc etc.
