Transformation Manager needed for a leading mining company in North West! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Transformation Manager to develop, implement and monitor the social and labour plan, succession planning, core and portable skills, learnership programmes, bursary schemes, mentoring programmes and employee housing and supervise training the budgetary process. Ideally you will have a Postgraduate degree/Diploma in Industrial Psychology/HR/Labour Law. A minimum of 8 years experience in mining a environment is essential. BEE is applicable.
