Industrial Relations Supervisor needed for a leading mining company in the Northern Cape! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Industrial Relations Supervisor to administrate recruitment and personnel, ensuring compliance with HR/IR policies and procedures, handling grievances and disciplinary enquiries, and guiding supervisors in IR matters. Ideally you will have a relevant HR Degree/Diploma plus a postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Labour Law. A minimum of 5 years experience as HR/IR Generalist in a mining environment is essential.
