Advisor Total Rewards (Remuneration) needed for a leading mining company in Gauteng! This is a fantastic opportunity for an Advisor of Total Rewards (Remuneration) to perform duties in conducting market benchmarking, provide support to develop remuneration solutions, provide job evaluation and validation for bands I, develop salary recommendations and international remuneration packages support. Ideally you will have a Degree with HR and/or finance subjects and Excel experience. A minimum of 6 years experience in the mining environment is essential.
