Human Resource Business Partner needed for a leading mining company in Limpopo! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resource Business Partner to perform general HR duties such as providing operational support and guidance on employee relations, performance and talent management, coordinating training and development, recruitment and selection, induction and orientation, coordinating company-wide talent reviews and preparing talent inventories, policies, procedures and programme development. Ideally you will have a B Comm Human Resource Management and Management Development Programme qualification and be registered with the SABPP. A minimum of 5 years experience as HR Business Partner within a mining environment is essential.
