Job Details
Responsible for production, quality, safety, downtime management, time keeping, stores issues and crisis management on a shift basis for the total factory operation
Min Requirements:
Tertiary production qualification (National Diploma- NQF Level 6)
or equivalent 10 yrs.+ production experience in manufacturing environment
3 yrs. + supervision experience Computer literate (SAP - advantageous)
English / Afrikaans (third language - advantageous)
Continuous process knowledge.
Sound industrial relations experience.
Good leadership, communication and decision making abilities.
Ability to accept responsibility and lead a team.
Safety orientated.
Self-motivator and ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to work shifts.
Must be able to provide a copy of latest payslip
Salaryincludes 25% KPI Bonus Normal benefits (medical aid / provident fund / freetransport to and from work / free meal per day, etc.) + company caror equivalent 10 yrs.+ production experience in manufacturing environment
