HR Development Superintendent needed for a leading mining company in Mpumalanga! This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Development Superintendent to develop, implement and monitor the social and labour plan including; ABET, succession planning, core and portable skills, learnership programmes, bursary schemes, mentoring programmes and employee housing and supervise training the budgetary process. Ideally you will have a Degree/Diploma and Postgraduate degree/Diploma in Human Resources. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in a mining environment is essential.
