Industrial Relations Specialist needed for a leading mining company in the Northern Cape! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Industrial Relations Supervisor to administrate recruitment and personnel, ensuring compliance with HR and ER policies and procedures, handling grievances and disciplinary enquiries, and guiding supervisors in IR matters. Ideally you will have a B Comm Degree/Diploma in Industrial Psychology/HR/Labour Law. A minimum of 5 years experience as Industrial Relations in a mining environment is essential.
