This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to developing and implementing overall employee relations strategy and developing action plans. Preference will be given to candidates with LLB Degree, admitted attorney with 5 years employee relations experience in a highly unionized environment and must be a specialist on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
