This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resource Development Practitioner to conduct facilitation regarding specific needs for mining operations with regards to the mines codes of practice, ensure compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act and Regulations, to facilitate quality learning towards outcomes based education, development of learning resources, ensure quality in all learning area. Ideally you will have a relevant Degree/Diploma, Training qualification, Skills Development Facilitation, ETDP NQF 3, Assessor Certificate and be registered with the MQA.
