Learning & Development Officer needed for a leading hospitality company in Cape Town! This is a fantastic opportunity for an Learning and Development Officer to identify operational training needs, source and develop courses, present and evaluate training conducted and ensure impact driven training and development, assist in devising WSP and assist in OD exercises. Ideally you will have a Human Resource Development degree/diploma. A minimum of 5 years experience as HRD in a hospitality environment is essential.
