Organizing and maintaining the front office in an impeccable condition <br />Managing and maintaining all aspects of the front office, conference rooms and facilities<br />Managing and administering all aspects of the conference room and parking bookings<br />Developing long-term client relationships<br />Endorsing and promoting the company’s brand in the front office and in all client interactions<br />Handling the ordering and control of supplies and stationery for front office<br />Handling all types of client queries to find appropriate solutions<br />Constantly improving and finding ways to enhance the front office experience for clients<br />Organizing ad-hoc client lunches and refreshments (including doing the room and table settings)<br />Hosting and serving clients in the front office area, in conference rooms and with various marketing events/functions<br />Presenting a consistent professional approach in all interactions<br />Being available as required by clients and the team (including working overtime when necessary)<br />Administering and maintaining IT systems specific to area of responsibility<br />Working within and with the greater front office team to ensure unsurpassed client service within the JHB office and across the firm<br />Knowledge and working of a coffee / espresso machine an advantage, however training will be given<br />Implementing and adhering to all standard operating procedures (SOPS) specific to area of responsibility

Inherent Requirements:
At least 7 years front office/similar experience in a professional services/corporate environment<br />excellent personal presentation, interpersonal skills and a can-do/problem solving attitude<br />proven experience in client care and building long term client relationships <br />above average communication skills / verbal articulation abilities<br />experience and willingness to host and serve clients refreshments and at various functions/events<br />a background / exposure to fine dining and understanding of restaurant etiquette<br />experience working in a team and in a pressurized "stop-start" environment<br />some form of tertiary qualification will be an advantage<br />sound knowledge of Windows and MS Office 2003 <br />Must be very presentable, strong EQ, must be clever and very professional
