Organization Development Specialist needed for a leading mining company in North West! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Organization Development Specialist to perform duties in managing, developing and implementing programmes to align workforce and key business initiatives through use of organisational effectiveness interventions, responsible for business analysis, process mapping, organisational design, performance management, job evaluation and analysis, remuneration strategy and policy development. Ideally you will have a 4 year qualification in Operations Management/ Management Services/ equivalent. A minimum of 8 years experience as OD Specialist in a mining environment is essential.
