This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resource Manager to perform duties in recruiting and staffing, organizational and space planning, talent management, performance management and improvement systems, organization development, employee orientation, development, and training, policy development and documentation, employee relations, company-wide committee facilitation, company employee communication, compensation and benefits administration, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health and employee services and counseling. Ideally you will have a Postgraduate Degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resources. A minimum of 10 years experience as HR Manager in a mining environment is essential.
