Employee Relations Manager needed for a leading mining company in Gauteng! This is a fantastic opportunity for an EmployeeRelations Manager to perform duties in recruitment and selection,grievances, policies and procedures,CCMA cases, performance management, implementing employee assistance programmes, and IR functions. Ideally you will have a Postgraduate Degree in HR/ Industrial Psychology/Labour Law. A minimum of 8 years experience as ER Manager in the mining environment is essential.
